Canadian Tire Thursday Night Men's League (2023)

Thursday, May 5th - Thursday, October 6th

Join one of the longest running men's golf leagues in Canada.  Open to both members & guests, this league has over 115 participants that compete in a team head-to-head format all season long.  Points are accumulated each week for for a season long competition that wraps up on Thursday, October 7th! No handicap is required, as our state of the art league software generates a league only handicap.  Whether you are new to the game or an experienced golfer, this league is a lot of fun and we encourage you to try!

Entry Fee: $100 +HST (green fees are additional)

Wednesday Night Ladies League (2018)

Wednesday, May 2 (Opening Banquet) - Wednesday, October 3 (Closing Banquet)

Join and take part of one of the best Ladies League's in Essex County!  With 20 weeks of regular league nights, meet up with your friends and enjoy a round of 9 holes.  Throughout the league year, a variety of different games are played.  This year's "Fun Night" shotgun start is scheduled to take place in July, followed by a "UNICO Appreciation Dinner."  This league is a great way to enjoy a fun round of golf for new and experienced golfers.  Great company and great course conditions provide an inviting atmosphere for everyone!

Erie Shores Senior Mens League (2023)

Monday, June 15 - Monday, September 28 - Tee Times

Every Monday, come out and join the guys for a great day of golf.  Tee time starts will get everyone on the course and finished in time for lunch and a cold beverage after the round.  No obligation to play every week, come take advantage of the best green fee rate of the week.  Closest to the Pin & Longest Putt competition, league only handicap software and a season long "FedEx Cup" style points race make this one of the best leagues around! 

Weekly Fee: $30 walking, $46.50 riding - Open to Members & Non-members

Reid Funeral Home Ladies Golf League (2022)

We welcome lady golfers to join our Reid Funeral Home Ladies Golf League. We play nine holes of golf every Monday afternoon until the end of September. Our hope is to have a Closing Banquet the first Monday in October with a prize for every member.

Ladies!    Looking for a fun golf league?    Join this long-standing and very friendly league as a player in either the 9-hole group or the 18-hole group.    This is a social league, with tee groups arranged so that members of each group play with as many group members as possible.

We start and end our season with a 9-hole Fun Scramble (shotgun start) for which both groups are mixed together.    On all remaining Tuesdays (except July, see below), the 18-hole group starts play at 8:00 am, and the 9-hole group begins their rounds after the last group of 18-hole players have left the tee.   

Each groups’ Games Captain/Committee determines, for their group, the games to be played and the prize structure to be used.    Prizes awarded to all players at the end of the year.

Here are some specific traditional league events:

  •  “Weekly Longest Putt Contest”:    For both groups.    Voluntary participation – put a Loonie in the jar and sign up before teeing off.    Winner takes the pot!

  • “July SHOTGUN START”:    First Tuesday in July is our “UNICO DAY”.   We wear “UNICO” colours to show appreciation to our wonderful long-time sponsor, and following golf, both groups have a luncheon / meeting together.  

  • “August Field Day”:    18-hole group only.   Various categories and events with prizes. 

  • “Net Championship”:    Each group holds this event for their players, with the lowest combined net score after 2 days of play being the winner and awarded a prize.  

  • “Ringer Boards”:   Maintained separately by each group, and included in the respective prize structures.

  • “End of Year Social Potluck”:    Both groups join in a fun social gathering following the Net Championship.

Handicaps:   Updated monthly for each group by the Games Captains, and used for the month.   

Both groups use official GAO (Golf Association Ontario) Handicaps.   You must have / establish a handicap with the GAO.    

League Entry Fee:    $50
